Agline/Farm Plan/PowerPlan XML Authorization Interface

PFW has worked together with John Deere to develop the Agline/Farm Plan/PowerPlan XML Authorization interface, which receives credit authorization over the Internet. The system uses an Internet connection to send requests to JDC servers in order to receive approvals for credit. This interface will simplify the credit authorization process and reduce staff time required by eliminating phone calls to the credit office for authorization. By making the staff more efficient, they are able to spend more time with customers, and therefore provide enhanced customer service.

Wil Landry of Sunshine Equipment Co. Ltd. says: "It has made us much more efficient at the parts counter because it allows our parts personnel to spend less time on the phone calling for authorizations. This new application is beneficial for the customer because now it takes less time to receive an authorization. Overall, we are very pleased with this new program and have been recommending it to other John Deere dealers."
