Komatsu Parts Order Download Interface

PFW is pleased to announce a collaboration with Komatsu in the development of an interface that sends parts orders using File Transfer Protocol (FTP). FTP is an effective way to exchange data, and is an advancement from importing information into the Komatsu web screens, or requiring that the dealer manually key into the Komatsu 3270 screens.

By utilizing some of the infrastructure that was used for Komatsu Canada Limited, PFW is able to provide the same interface capabilities to Komatsu America customers. Dealerships can now send all types of Komatsu parts orders, and also have the facility to enter order class, order type and/or marketing programs. The dealership will receive an e-mail confirmation from Komatsu confirming receipt of the order.
