The Komatsu/HSBC Credit Card interface will allow the dealer to request an authorization for payment at point of sale, and comes back with an authorization or reject message. The interface then sends a settlement file-which includes the value of each authorized invoice-to HSBC at the end of the day for the customer’s account to be charged accordingly.
