Your service clerk no longer needs to spend time keying in timecard information at the end of the day or the next morning. As well, you can print invoices immediately and your customers’ invoices can be printed upon completion of the work order—eliminating the need to wait until the next day to find the total value of the work order.

Streamline Processes
Since work-order repair jobs are recorded instantly in PFW Labor Barcode Collection, you can increase service efficiency as your technicians’ hours are totalled according to the number of hours they were logged on to a job. These totals are conveniently sent to payroll and technicians can be paid according to the hours worked, and not for “off time”, when they are logged off a work order.

With PFW Labor Barcode Collection, you can monitor current projects in progress, and also view a specialized supervisor display screen where supervisors are able to monitor scanned entries and work in progress, as well as exercise the freedom to correct and change any existing entry, or add a new one.
